• Q2: How is the quality of the products?

  We have professional QC team, who will supervise and inspect strictly each links from production to packaging, and professional inspection reports can be provided for customers before delivery.

• Q3: How to proceed if I want to print my own logo?

  First, please offer your logo design drawing and the position of the logo, next we will make a sample, then sample picture or send sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go ahead for mass production.

• Q4: IF I order in bulk, can I get a lower price?

  Yes, the more the quantity, the cheaper the price.

• Q5: When is the delivery time of my order?

  Stock products are about 5-7 days, for customized products, the delivery timeis about 30-45 days.the specific decision is based on the quantity of your product.

• Q6: Can I get samples to check the quality before ordering? Is it free?

  Yes, we can provide you with samples for your inspection. At the same time, you need to pay the sample fee, and we will return it to you in the next big order.
